The owner of the Arbitration Center and a retired judge who has got a wide experience in legal field. The founder has 28 years experience as a Judge and decided cases in Civil and Criminal and matrimonial field. The founder has decided so many cases under Contract Act and Arbitration and Conciliation Act; and also conducted conciliation proceedings.The owner has got registration as a FELLOW AND LIFE MEMBER AT INDIAN COUNCIL OF ARBITRATION.
The owner has attended the training program for JUDICAL OFFICERS on Human Rights organized by the Gujarat State Judicial Academy and the National Human Rights Commission in the year 2007.
The owner has attended the in service training programme organized by the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat on “Use and Advantage of Computer and Cyber Crime” for the Judicial Officers in the year 2007.
The owner has attended the “Fifth National Judicial Workshop on Techniques and Tools for Enhancing Timely Justice” in the year 2007 which was organized by the Judicial Academy, Bhopal (M.P.).
The owner has attended the “Judicial Education Workshop on Criminal Justice Administration in Subordinate Courts: Key Issues and Challenges” in the year 2008 organized by High court of Gujarat.
