Non payment of salary

Madam/Sir, I am Rahul Tanwar. I was appointed as faculty in "HI-TECH Services (A licensee of Aptech Education) on 23 may 2016. No appointment letter, offer letter or any joining letter was provided at the time of appointment. Only a verbal appointment was made. When i make certain reasons and asks for the appointment letter they provide me an appointment letter on probation. I had worked there till 28.09.2011 and no payment is made by them for the month of September 2016. after conversation with them through emails first they clearly refused to pay my salary and give me reasons that i have leave my job immediately so they are not paying the salary. but according to my appointment letter there is no any term and condition where it is mentioned that i can not leave my job immediately. Secondly i was purely on probation. after a long conversation they sent me mail on 12th October 2016 to pay my salary till next month (November) During this period i had send many mails to remind them to pay my salary and ask them the proper day and dates but from last 4-5 emails they are not replying any of my mails. I have copies of my appointment letter and can sent you copies of all of the mails. Salary : Rs 18000.00 We have designed your salary package on your educational qualification and and the experience and knowledge level you demonstrated at the time of your selection. Therefore the salary package offered to you has been created with only you in mind and is not anybody else’s business. Any comparison of the same with the salary packages of the other employees, purely based on some visible attributes, may well be unrealistic misleading and invidious. You are therefore advised to maintain absolute confidentiality with regard to your compensation package and thus eliminate the possibilities of avoidable heart-burn and disgruntlement.
