Family Property

Hi, There are four children of my grand parents two son and two daughter. My dad is eldest one. My father is service man and my uncle used to live with grand parents. Uncle and his family along with grand parents used to live in house build by grandfather. There were two portion of ancestral agriculture land, out of which one portion sold by my grandfather and purchase new agriculture land. He did registry of that land in his name and in my uncle name in ratio of are 1:4. From agriculture income of two lands (one is old and other is new one) now they made new home and bought three new small plots, one shop. Three plots which they bought they are in the name of my uncle. But what they used to told us that one plot was register in grandmother's name and other two were in my aunt's name. As we live far so they told one plot in the name of grandmother's will be transfer to my mother and later paper work will be get done by easy and cheap method like will of grandmother. Now this year when my father ask for his names in the lands, my grand parents refused to do it. Earlier also my father asked his parents to do the same and they used to said that everything will be yours after us and he believed them as they are his parents. But due to job security issue and retirement issue, this time my parents forced them, but they totally refused. They used to told us there were less income generated from agriculture due some or other reason and we used to believed them. When we forced them to show all earning through bank pass book, it showed they earned well and all the time they made fool of us. Now suggest way how we can equal right in the property, As if we ask for division, then according to rule daughter also have equal share, so by this there will be four partition of all property, which we dont want, As now we know very well that my father's two sister take side of my uncle and eventually end with giving there portion to uncle. We make them understand by every possible way, but there love and sacrifice for my uncle is more. As they are converting old home into commercial building and they are giving same to uncle. Whatever you call us our negligence our blind faith which we used to had on grandparents and uncle, because of which we are facing issue. So advice how we can get our name or whether we will be do anything good for ourselves or we can't. Your advice will be very helpful.
