Property Share to a Daughter

I am 50 year old female. We are 5 siblings - 3 sisters and 2 brothers (all married). I am the eldest of all. There are 3 property - 2 houses and 1 shop (all self-acquired). My father died in July 2003. before death he made a will in 2002 and gave all the 3 property to his wife (mother) after his death and then to both his son after mother's death and NOC from all 3 sisters was taken. After father's death, older brother got 1 house and 1 shop registered in his name from mother (showed he bought it from her). Younger brother claims to have the second house registered in his wife's name from father when he was alive. both brothers have been fighting over property since 2003, but no legal case was filed. Mother is still alive. in June 2016, both internally settled the property matter amongst themselves and asked all the 3 sisters to come to court to sign some papers. Rest of the 2 sisters and the older brother, his wife and major children also signed these papers. This is most probably registry of 2nd house, he has shown that he purchased it from mother. After 9 Sept 2005, supreme court ruling, is the daughter eligible for share in this property ?
