Hello All, My name is Jeyakumar from Chennai, I have a problem here. My current company fired me since my background check failed. I worked in a company from August 14 2012 to Feb 14 2014. Due to some personal reason I was not working anywhere. Recently I joined a company in July 2016. They said that my previous organization is closed from operation while doing a Bgv check. They asked me provide payslips, offer letter, relieving letter. I have already provided it. Then they asked for form 16 or bank statements. Since I have closed my bank account long back I informed them that my account is closed. I provided form 16 for the year 2012 to 2013 and my previous organization didn't provide form 16 for 2013 to 2014, but my current company asks me to provide latest form 16 which I cannot provide since my previous organization is closed. So my current company fired me. I can get the bank statements. Please help me with getting the job back or some compensation as I'm innocent in this regard.
