Parking and life Issue

1) We are owners of one of the floor in a builder floor (with 4 floor in total). 2 of the owners have 1 car each and other 2 have 2 cars each. We always request other 2 owners to park 1 car each in house parking and rest of cars outside parking so that all the owners can use the parking freely without obstructing the way of others cars. However, 2 of the owners are forcefully parking other 2 cars also and obstructing the way. When we ask them, they get into fighting mode. Please suggest how to resolve. 2) In same building, we have lift facility available wherein we all pay 25% of share. Please clarify on 2 points:- A) Is there any requirement to pay 25% share as this is not mentioned in sale deed and in some of the other properties, its 10% for UG, 20% for First, 30% for 2nd and 40% for 3rd floor. B) Couple of floor owners force us to take AMC from particular vendors whereas we want to take it from vendor with best facilities. During this tussle, they tend to stop the lift from top floor and there have been incidents wherein ladies/ Children have stuck in lift causing threat to life. Please suggest.
