Tenant delaying vacating the room beyond the notice period

Tenant staying in my room has behavioral issues with neighbors, he cheated a neighbor for rs. 60K promising a job in a pvt. Co. The tenant spouses harassed (physical too) agent who asked his brokerage by blaming that the agent tried to rape the tenant's wife (where in the agent did not do, but tenant spouses made drama to show), police intervened and asked them to settle with my interference. Now the broker is not in between us since Aug-16 end. This tenant couple lies very frequently. The written notice to vacate room was given and it's been 16 days over beyond notice period of 1 month. They asked for 2 extensions till date which I gave allowed. To get the rent I has to follow-up multiple times. I have many call records as proofs of our conversations. None of us have used any abusive, insulting language for each other. However, frequent lies, cheating nature, and due some reason, I am mentally disturbed due to tenant's such behavior and I am feeling fearful and depressed. I have not yet made any police complaint. What I should do in this scenario. Kindly guide me if I can file a police complaint for being responsible for mental depression and fear. If tenant vacates room, it will give me peace and my depression will be over.
