I need help with my property

Hi sir, I am Naveen, actually my story is I am having a family in Doddagatta, Hosadurga taluk, chitradurga dist. I am having mother, father and sister. My father having one sibling his name venkatesh and his mother. My grand father got expired long back. After that my father he cheated to my mom and my family he married with other person. Now she is also having around 3 or 4 years boy. Total we have 4 acres, In that 4 acres my grand father sale 2.86 acres to some one that means in Kannada we call it as "kraya". Remaing 1.14 acre it's in the name of my grand mother. I made a complaint in police station regarding this illegal marriage and about my property. I have a acknowledgement also but police called my father and they told him to give property, that time he told ok ill give after that the police suggested that go to your place and talk with your family members and villege ppl to give property. I agreed and went, lot of conversation happened after that village ppl made a decision that they divided 2.6 acre I.e., 37 1/2 is for me written in paper and remaing half for my auncle there is no rights to my father. But that is in the name of other person. I contacted him he told I can give it you bcoz that is your property but now my father and my auncle are fighting with me we will not give that is our property. I approached village ppl they are saying again we will not enter in this. If I approach police also they will do the same. I don't know anyone there I don't know anything abt property. Please help me I need justice. Please give me a solution how to get our property. Because I need that for my sister marriage. Please suggest me how to move forward. I am not available to phone I'll be in office.
