Company asking to serve 90 days notice period

Urgent help needed,
I have requested my current organization for 45 days notice period and relax rest for money. They are not giving me any proper formal /written response. I have been following up with them from you long. I have back up of all mails conversation. I need experience and releasing letter. Since I a experience guys. Below is my separation. I tried reaching HRS, to my manager , Business unit head. I am fed up with them.
Your employment is subject to termination by xxxx giving Thirty (30) days ‘notice. xxx is not bound
to give any reason thereof. xxxxxreserves the right to pay salary in lieu of the notice period. Further,xxx may at its discretion relieve you from such date as it may deem fit even before the expiry of the notice period with or without compensating for the un-expired period and is not bound to give any reason thereof. On acceptance of the separation notice, before you are relieved, you shall hand over to xxxx all the information and data of xxxx including, but not limited to, correspondence, specifications, formulae,books, documents, cost data, market data, literature, drawings and you shall not use, reproduce or retain any copies of these items.
You are required to serve a minimum notice period of Ninety (90) days on resignation from the services of xxx . Notice period shall commence from the date of resignation. Company, may at its absolute discretion, either reduce this notice period or permit you to compensate Company to the extent of the notice period or reduce the notice period, as the case may be computed at the prevailing salary of that employee.
