I am bank employee in 2007 when i was in cash 5 lacks cash missed. Bank suspend me and also put complain in police station in my name under sec 406. Bank done department enquiry and in between police also done but you know the working style of police they demanded me and asked me if you give me then i will summit report in your favour. Lastly in year 2008 police summit chargesheet against me in court bank also done enquiry and reinstate me in feb 2nd 2009. Bank give me 2 increment cut punishment. from 2009 i am working and bank also not done anything just for information i am knowing that in future any action can taken by court. as you know court not take any action from 2008. sir, also tell me any time period is there when chargesheet summit in court. 5 years completed court not taken any action. Sir, as you know now i am in job and i not want any problem in future. sir, please tell me when employer lodge complain and after lodging complain they done enquiry and restated me after giving two increment cut. when i am already got punishment then why i get two times punishment. sir, there is rule if employer find in enquiry the negligence and they have already punished me. chargesheet already quashed when bank restated me. regards I am bank employee in 2007 when i was > in cash 5 lacks cash missed.
