Judgement: suit is Dismissed as not pressed, without cost.

Hi i am a wellwisher of kanoon.com.... my father was passed away in 2008 but in 2000 my uncle who 5th defendent, sold our peace of land from ancestral property belongs to my father after the equally shared by my father and his brothers. At that time 3rd defendent came to my father he was selling his land invite my father to be witnessed for that and 5th defendant and 3rd D well planned and the double plot registry take place in same time by Taking my father as a witness and the 5th D was a vendor in sale deed. my father was filed a case before the jr civil judge and sent notices to them they didnt attend the cort and exparte orders issued in our favour later my uncle also filled request petion to set aside exparte orders and forced my dad to take back the case other wise they will ruined all the family. And the judgent passed by the jr civil judge: defendant has expart and the suit is dismissed as not pressed, without cost. I want to nowhow to reopen this case and wheter i will be able to file minordawa in this case. And we have some more properties in same survey numbers and pahani records also showing the properties are on my father name but my uncles making dificulties to us by misliting there where no lands belongs to us what should i do sir....
