To handover my marksheets

Hi, This is Partha sarathy i am from madurai,tamilnadu i have completed b.e computer science after completed my degree i have joined in one small scale company.the company asked me to handover my mark sheets .after submission they are written the agreement in one white paper and then the company m.d signed in that agreement and given that to me i din't sign in any documents.they asked me to stay there for 2 years i worked for that company for 21 months i cannot tolerate the torture which is given by that company m.d so immediately i ask them to relieve me they ask me 50000 rupees other wise i want to stay there for three months.in previously they didn't told about these procedures but immediately they asked me like this.suddenly i absconded from that company.after 1 year i asked my certificates to that company they are not allow me inside to that company they told me that they are going to take legal action my questions are is there any possible to take any legal action on me by that company how can i get my mark sheets from that company please advise me and please help me Thanks a lot...
