Promise to marry : extortion and mental harassment

Currently I am engaged to this person. How I met her: 1. I met her in a brothel. Became friends: 1. I told her I am looking for a girl to have paid sex regularly. Told her if she is doing it for money she can rely on me. I will pay her monthly in exchange for sex. Asked her to call me after she get out of that place. 2. She called me after two weeks. She took me to her house. I paid her money and we had sex. 3. She said her boyfriend recently dumped her, she needed money that's y she did that work. Now that she has me as a regular customer, she won't sleep with anyone else nor will she resume prostitution. 3. We continued like this for almost 8-9 months. 4. We bonded well as she and I both were ditched by our previous lovers. Proposal of marriage: 1. One day she called me and asked me if I am interested to goto Agra with her to see Taj Mahal. I agreed. Asked how much she would charge me. She said ur wish pay me as u wish. 2. Over the couple of days she tried to propose me she said "do something in front of Taj Mahal so I can remember that moment for lifetime", "I am very young, mujhse shaadi karoge tog bistar mein bohat salo taq kaam avungi" "U always said u like home food and how u were deprived of it, I will cook good and nice food for you, all my friends say I cook good food" 3. After a week she said in angry tone that "she has been alone for a long time, she wants to get married and asked me to find a guy in my friend circle". As she was from that background, I feared that any of my friend may not take care of her well, if he knows. 4. I proposed her to marry me and she agreed. 5. We went to Delhi Agra and I fell in love with her. Rather realized my love for her during the trip. She made me do a lot of shopping, almost 1lakhs, marriage clothes for her, fancy cloths etc. We decided to get engaged but couldn't her choice of ring fit to her thin finger. 6. We came back to Bangalore and we ordered for engagement rings for both of us. 7. We got the engagement rings made by Tanishq. 8. Since she is totally uneducated, she used to take my help for whatsapp chats. One afternoon she said she wants to chat with her Jiju, she chatted with him, strangely she was telling him "I will suicide, there is a lawyer groom that mousa has seen for me." Upon asking she said she is going through rough emotional patch, not to ask more questions. I neglected as she earlier told me her mousa mousi is also looking for a groom for her. If she marries him she will have to stay as housewife. That's y she doesn't want to marry him. 9. After a week she said she doesn't want to marry me, because she is still in love with her first bf who is in dubai. 10. Since I knew he has left her, I didn't agree and called him. He confirmed that he can not marry her in any way because his mother has threatened to suicide if he marries this girl (intercaste). He also said that he has told her to not to wait for him and if she finds a man, she can marry him. 11. Later she agreed to marry me after long discussion. 12. We got engaged in my rental house with few of my colleagues and childhood friends. She brought a lady friend from her side. Before engagement when she came to house she was silent and not talking to anyone, so my friends husband asked "engagement karna hai ki ho nahi" as she came to house very late. (2.5hrs) and was silent and not talking to anyone. I was ok with it as she said she doesn't know hindi and she was uneducated so she has a phobea that software engineers will talk in English and she may not understand and get insulted. Anyways after engagement was over I took her to bedroom and asked her if she is ok, she said I love you and kissed me. 13. Marriage was put 6 months later. She told me she started feeling alone and want to get married early so we preponed marriage by 2 months upon her request. 14. Over the period of time she made me spend a lot of money. What was once money for sleeping with her is now become her pocket money as I asked her to quit her 14k parlour Job and concentrate on marriage. Making our relationship better and use this time as pre honeymoon phase so we can enter marriage as a strong couple. 15. Slowly she started talking about this guy who works in a big brand company. And one more guy who is her friend and how he helped her during her breakup with first boyfriend. I got suspecious and told her "how did u meet them ? Is it the same way u met me ?" She said she met him via her another friend who was her course mate, she was a mother of two. So I trusted." 16. She also started comparing me with her x-bf and upon my repeated requests against it she continued to hurt me by comparing. She also said she was 7 months pregnant with his baby. I told her I am not interested in past. She felt happy and surprised. 17. Slowly in her chats , which u used to do as her proxy as she is uneducated. She used to dictate me over phone and I used to do it,, I realized that she is flirty kind of girl. She used to chat with 4-5guys at a time so I couldn't figure out who is who. This caused doubts in me and I checked her whatsapp. To my astonishment I found out that she was/is a professional prostitute and she has been with two guys and sometimes 6 guys together. Also found intimate kissing and hugging pics with her friend who supported her during breakup with her X-bf. 18. Upon asking she agreed that she was a professional and to the romantic involvement with that guy, but she said it's all past and that she is marrying me now.I trusted her. 19. But the whatsapp chats went worst. The other rich high paying friend used to demote me, telling her "he has better salary, very high salary" "posting a costly multi crore ring photo to her saying he would buy that ring, the ring I gave her was 50k dimond ring". He also sent a costly automatic bed, when we took a 80k bed for our house. 20. She also kept her distance with me and just because I spoke with her dubai X-bf blocked me in her primary number and made me talk to her in secondary SIM that she took only for me. 21. All these raised doubts and I caught her going to culcutta with her guy friend with whom I caught her old romantic photos,1 month before our marriage. I also realized that this is the same guy who works in big company and suggests all those costly beds rings etc. Also caught her going to Kerala with him 2 months before. 22. She begged me to forget all these marry her. She asked his X-bf to talk to me and he asked me to forget about these incidents and that She won't do this again. I agreed as I loved her. 23. On our marriage day she said she won't marry me. But asked me to be in live in relationship. I thought if I stay with her for few days I might be able to understand her. 24. The day I moved into my house , where she was living, she quarelled with me purposefully and made me move back to pg next day. Realizing that this is going nowhere I asked her to move to pg. 25. She took all marriage jewellery and all her stuff and ran away. 26. After two weeks her mobile got switched on and I called her. She told me that she wants to become an actress and move to Mumbai. We both decided to be in relationship as fiances. Get married when she succeeds as an actress. 27. But all these time I was supporting her financially. I agreed to support her financially and she came back to Bangalore decided to stay in pg. 28. We used to meet over weekends. She has put ban on sex as she said "sex only after marriage" condition. It wasn't making any sense as she was a professional prostitute earlier and slept with me so many times for money and after we came back from delhi-agra trip she said till marriage will not have sex, so after marriage it will be spicy. Since it was three months I was fine with it. I also asked her to tighten her V via excercise so it will be good after marriage. But this was going too far. I was her fiance, financially supporting her, but she find excuses to have sex with me but went with some guy to Kerala and culcutta for honeymoons. We frequently used to have fights regarding this matter. She was also unwilling to give her pg address. 24. She said she is relocating to Mumbai to join acting school demanded me to support her by paying 2lakhs fees. She emotionally blackmailed me to pay it or she will goto her mousa house in jharkand and leave me. 25. I agreed. She relocated. But couldn't clear the audition. She said she will continue to explore and be a dancer. Her goal was to come in TV. 26. She then told me "no matter what happens, which part of the world she is there, how long it may take, I will marry you. I am yours forever" and that she has a surprise for me on new year. It was almost 1yr 2months after our engagement. I asked her let's take relationship to next level and have physical relationship and start it on new year. She said it's what she has planned as a new year gift for me. Then after two days she said she needs a laptop, asked me to buy it on V day for her,as I have money left as she didn't join acting school. Then she said that she will have sex with me once I get her laptop. I felt hurt as she was still trading with me, going back to her prostitution roots. I told her so. She said there is no need to have sex at all since we are not married. Hesitantly I accepted. Because it has been almost 1.2yrs since we had sex, thought physically intimacy can ignite a spark in our relationship, improve it a little. 27. But on new year I found the guys photo whom she has affair in her purse. I was frustrated. She said he has put his photos in her purse, she doesn't know how it got there. I was not ready to believe her. I also found out she took help from that guy with whom she was having affair and was living with him in his house and lieing to me that she was staying in pg in Bangalore. Basically it was his house, where his parents were living, but he relocated himself and parents to other house and made a contract with him and her name as tenants. When I found this out she said, she just took his help as a friend and he never stayed there. 28. Later I found out that she has put a rape case + "promise to marry and then sexually exploiting" case on that guy. When I asked what is this, she said he took her two costly phones for repair and didn't return it. 29. Upon asking again she said he was her 2nd bf and that they were in love and I came in between and that's y they quarelled and separated. 30. I realized that after I proposed her, he might have shown more interest in her and swayed her away. But he didn't marry her as I called him and told him that we were engaged. Maybe he might have done some investigation and found out about her. 31. Upon digging deep calling her friend jasmeen, she told me that she is a Muslim, her name is Something else entirely, she is already married to jasmeen brother and has a daughter. That jasmeen and her were doing prostitution.they are originally from Bangladesh and that it's their family buissness. 32. When I asked my fiance about this 2nd bf stuff and allegations jasmeen told, she said jasmeen was her co-bar dancer. Nothing more. And that her second bf helped her stay in his house as his owner wasnt giving back the advance, so he arranged so the she stay in the house and both used to share rent. But he never came into house, he was a gentleman, be wouldn't fiddle with someone else's fiance. When I asked her if he is so gentleman Then why have u put police complaint on him ? She refused to answer that and said she wouldn't tell bad things about her x-bf as she loved him once. She said that he misbehaved with her and hurt her, so to hurt him back she put a complaint on him. I said ok and didn't believe her. I mailed him and he agreed that he is not in contact with her. This matched the police complaint so I left the matter there after having fights over phone with her for 2-5 days. 33. She begged me and said that "pls try to understand. I didn't have affair with any new guy after I got engaged to you. I was already in love with him. I wanted to put an end to that relationship and marry you but I needed time. So I tried to borrow time from you. But you enquired about Kerala and culcutta trips and that caused problems in our relationship and you constantly doubted on me (!!) And quarelled with me on this matter. Now I am over him. Don't think of past. Let me succeed in my career and u concentrate on ur job. Let's get married happily once I get job. Let's meet once in a month for sex and goto trips once in two three months, we will get closer and by the time we get married our relationship with become strong .. trust me... I agreed to it.. But she didn't give me her Mumbai of address. Denying that in the past I came to her house during overnight and quarelled with her. But I told her that it was all because of she having affair with her bf even after engagement and doing double time and neglecting me. Once at 930pm I went to her house ananounced and rest of the time she was living in our after marriage house. After marriage I was supposed to move into the house, legally the house was in our both names. But she didn't agree. She said no matter what I shouldn't have interefered in her matters. I basically can come anywhere unannounced so she won't give her current pg address. 34. She was a prostitute and bar dancer earlier. She saw TV and felt acting is easy and dancing is easy. She tried giving acting school audition and failed and now she realized acting is tough to breakthrough. She now wants to be a dancer. Which she can't as she tried Bollywood dancing for 4months and couldn't learn it. She has also craze of becoming a Chef and makeup artist. 35. So basically she is promising to marry me and extorting money from me. Almost 25laks I spent on her, not to mention my precious ~2yrs. 36. I doubt she is still cheating me for money. ~2lakh jewellery, 1lakh lehenga, 50k braisils, 25k monthly expenditure, shopping, it goes on and on. 37. She has changed her name twice in past 4yrs... Her original name and place of birth and date of birth is unknown, she has paid money and got two birth certificates, one states she was born in UP and other states in Bangalore. She agreed in front of me that both are fakes and she had to pay considerable amount to her them made. She has got a pan card and based on that she has got all other proofs like Adhaar card, DL etc. It is easy to get pan card... She was arrested for prostitution in Bangalore. And she has put a false rape case on a guy already. Her female friend is there, that friend has put police complaints in 4-5areas in Bangalore on false rape ... And that friend is still a professional prostitute who also have a daughter of 13yrs age. I guess my fiance has taken this person as role.model.. 38. Is there any way I can sue her or put a case on her ? She is extorting me based on promising to marry me. I want to marry her. But I feel she is extorting me. Is there any way she can sign an agreement to marry me after she tries all her fantasy jobs. She is cleaverly not staying with me as it would considered as live in relationship... Can I put a mental harassment, money extortion case on her... If she denies to marry me.... Currently she is not denying to marry me. Can I hire a private investigator to check if she is still having affair with someone or if she was in the buissness of cheating men like this only ... I got engaged to her in my rented house. I have photos and I have phone conversations recorded... Will that be sufficient in court to prosecute her if she doesn't marry me...
