matrimonial dispute

Married in 2003 feb.....discovered husband, illicit relations.....he left home n married d female from USA, in Tanzania, in 2004........continued living with my 85 yrs old F-I-L as he was sick nd needed smone to look after him.........M-I-L had expired in 2000......F-I-L promised my father to look after my interest even after his death I would not have any financial problem, they own a school wid almost 1000 children.........husband returned after a year and a half on his own but started living separately.........we continued to live separately with him visiting us twice or thrice a week............after my father's death in 2009, my F-I-L chucked me out of the house when I returned after the last rites of my father..........he moved the court against me levelling various charges against me n stating that the police was working in my favour and against him........charges like i have stolen jewellery worth 80 lakhs etc were filed against me, which r still pending against me, one of which is a criminal in nature , during this I lost my mother too, I have one brother only......my in-laws are filthy rich and own property worth 60-80 crores........my husband recently sold a chunk of his property worth 40 crores...........my question is dat till now I am just being defensive and no offensive step has been initiated by me till date, seems like I have still a long way to go to get justice.....i have no prooof of my husband's marriage with that female..........m an educationist and am surviving on my own ..........million dollar question- AM I ENTITLED TO A SHARE IN HIS PROPERTY? HOW DO I GO OFFENSIVE NOW AT THIS STAGE? HOW DO I OBTAIN A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE OF HIS MARRIAGE FROM TANZANIA? THERE ARE MANY OTHER QUESTIONS THAT I WANT TO ASK BUT I THINK I WILL BE MORE THAN GLAD IF I COULD GET ANSWERS O THEESE ONLY FOR THE TIME BEING..............THNX
