Mt husband sends me divorce notice

Sir, after 7years of marriage and having two children, i found that my husband has been sexually abusing my daughter. I took her to a child counsellor suggested by the school and she confirmed that what the child says is true and should stay separately with my kids as he seems to have psychological problem. After managing to get back home i had to seek for a protection order due to his threats that he will come to my house and take kids for vacation. Now he has filed for a divorce. He took half of the money from me to buy an appartment which is in joint ownership of both of us. For the rest of the half he took loan and he is paying it. But now he says i am mentally unstable. And he has not taken any money from me and he alone is paying for the loan. So the apartment is his own. He is asking for compensation from me as he says i am mentally ill. He has not mentioned any compensation even for our kids.... pls help.. as he and his mother was not good in money matters, i did ask him to sign on a stamp paper saying he has taken half of the money for buying apartment. But as i never expected such a turn in my life i did not notarise that document.. please help me with a reply...
