Husband wants divorce without any reason

I am 20 year old girl married to 28 year old( who lives in australia on student visa) on 13 oct 2014. He went back to australia after 2 months of marriage. My inlaws used to harass me physically n mentally. They were also unhappy that i didnt have any good newsfor them in the first year of marriage. They used to make me work like a maid servant. They never cared about my health too. On 2 dec 2015 my husband came back to india on his holidays n took me to dubai for a week on a vacation. This made my in laws more angry. After our return they started diverting my husbands mind. On 30 dec 2015 my husband told that he is going to visit his grandma who lives in nizamabad and will be back in 2 days and send me to my mothers house for 2 days n promised to take me back after his return. Next day i came to know that he went back to australia without informing me. After 2 days he started neglecting my calls n began to block every num with which i was calling him. He told me to talk to his family n not with him. On 15 jan 2016 me n my family went to my in laws house. But my in laws pushed me n my family out of their house n told that they want divorce. We then filed a petition but the three counelling failed. So they took our statements for filing case n called them for the final counselling but they r not willing for settlement. So the inspector told us to come after 8 days to file charge sheet. We went after 8 days but the inspector told that we dont need to come to the PS any more n they will file our charge sheet in 2-3 days. Till now after 7 days we waited for their call but nothing happenned. Will they file the charge sheet or not? Can it bring my husband back. I want him to come back.i want him and his family to be punished. Plz help...
