Birth Registration

Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to inform you that I have recently registerd my birth in Birth and Death Registration office of Kolkata Municipal corporation (KMC) which is incorrectly recorded.In the 1st class Magistrate court order, the name of my father should be in accordance with my birth discharge certificate issued by the Nursing Home, as in the 1st class Magistrate court order, there is a title " Late" added before my father's name which is incorrect according to my birth discharge certificate issued by the Nursing Home, and my father's expiry date as recorded in his death certificate of KMC, and as because my father was alive and persent at the time of my birth so I need another 1st class Magistrate court order to register my birth corectly. Please inform me about the court procedure I should do for obtaining next 1st class Magistrate court order to record my birth correctly in Birth and Death Registration office of KMC and also along with my birth registration existing presently must be cancelled legally. The lack of information was in the 1st class Magistrate court order where my father's expiry date was not mentioned and so that I could not register my birth record correctly in Birth and Death Registration office of Kolkata Municipal corporation.Now I have to provide to the 1st class Magistrate court the required necessary information, documents, as my birth discharge certificate issued by the Nursing Home, expiry date of my father as recorded in his death certificate, issued by Birth and Death Registration office of KMC so that the title " Late" added before my father's name incorrectly must be cancelled by the next 1st class magistrate court order along with my presently existing birth registration in KMC.
