u/s 12 domestic violence false case on me by my wife...

Dear Sir, my name is kamal Chawda,i m 32 yr Old,i m married at 14feb2013 with dimple solanki,,2 days after marriage she started to go her mother's house,& every 7 to 10 day's that routine goes to,when i ask her y u go there in every 7 to 10 day's?she said me that my mother was very ill that's y...after marriage few day's every thing is going smooth..suddenly she said she want divorce,,ask her y u want divorce? she said i don't want to stay with ur family...before marriage she know every thing about me & my family..she called her mother every day so 1 day when i was sleeping she talk with her mother some kind of planning,,,then i decide to record my call ,,next few days i recird her all calls & i hear it that mother & father r planing against me & family,,,they want to wait to get any kind of False criminal case against me & My Family & demand to divorce & money,, i know her all planning but i love her so i don't tall that to anyone,,,12 sep 2013 she suddenly leave my home & she say me that she want divorce ...i m tried every way to return her to my home..my family begged her to come back but she never came...now she give me a notice by court that ''U/S 12 PROTECTING OF WOMEN FROM DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT 2005''...so want to your help sir what i do???? please help me...
