Alimony

We are married for 19 years........my husband had an affair........that girl took from him about 50 lakh rupees .............told my husband very convincing stories that to save our marriage she has married a stranger.........but i have a suspicion that the man she is married to is her lover. i have 2 kids a boy and a girl........aged 14 and10 respectively........my son is mentally retarded..........the girl with whom my husband has an affair was my son's caretaker.......so she very well knew that he is a married man ...she is about 20 years younger to my husband. we live in the gulf....my husbands annual income in indian currency is about 50 lakhs...........My husband strongly believes she has sacrificed her life for us. but i know she is happily married...... Now the problem is he says i am the reason she had to take the drastic step as i kicked up a big fuss when i came to know about their affair by telling both our parents and families........ he used to get very aggressive and hit me a few times.....since law in this country is strict he was scared where i will approach the cops and restrained himself. my husband and I have no forms of communication..........we have stopped all forms of marital relations when i became suspicious of his affair....... but he is forever insulting me..........and is excessively disrespectful in private.....and sometimes in public i could not pursue a career as my son gets fits and caretakers cannot handle him alone....... if i seek a divorce now......what can i expect..........he has bought one site in my name worth 10 lakhs and one flat which is under construction worth 20 lakhs this was a in 2010...the worth has increased............ i am a qualified Engineer .....but due to lack of experience(as i was held up taking care of my son) will the court give custody of my kids and grant me an alimony???? My son is an expensive child.......as we need lot of help and people to take care of him.............his hospital bills also are always very high.......... I put up with this non sense as my daughter is very attached to her father.............but i feel my husband somehow wants to get his girlfriend back as he is not able to cope with his emotions.............i end up being at the receiving end.........i feel its better to leave him .... I wish to know after i apply ..........how long will the proceedings take place? during the proceedings will my husband be expected to support me? if i ask for a lump sum amount say about 2 to 3 crores will he have to pay up? because he is still in touch with his girlfriend and will act according to her directions....if i ask for monthly payments she may not allow him to do so........ can i put a case on my husband and his girlfriend.........i do not have much proof.....but will the court check her accounts to see the huge transfers of money???? they are supposed to have many photos and CDs etc....... please help ...... thanking you in anticipation...........
