False dowry case

I Narinderjeet singh is sculptor.i did MFA BT unemployed.my wife abort a child with her brother who Wrk in same alchemist hospital panchkulla , without my convent.whenever ultrasound report is normal and baby was six week.june25,2015 she said she feel pain I went to govt hospital Mohali wish her and doctor suggest her for ultrasound.when I go with her for ultrasound she refused.next day I go with her for ultrasound and I found baby was aborted. I asked her then she called her patents and chd police.but after solve the problem in choki.she went to her home to take my two nd half yr boy child her family said her brother will leave her after one week. But after that they file a dowry complaint in mohali,Punjab .six month Punjab police harassed me and my family and every time forced for divorce,and he refused to write that I want to take her back to home .i think he take bribe from them .whenever I show them all proof of illegal abortion and copy of Chandigarh police.BT they refused and file fir.now I take anticiptry bail of my parents from district court mohali nd me from high court. Problem is this I write to SSP Chandigarh ,he sent to women cell Chandigarh BT they refused that they can,t force to called lady and u should complaint panchkula(haryana)police then I write complat to haryana Pkl so and he sent sec21thana panchkula ,they call and said hospital have million rupees so and so.and they refused to call me again. Then I write to Punjab,mohali SSP MD dgp they sent women cell mohal,Punjab.they call me and said you r residence of Chandigarh and can't complaint in punjab. Now I have no money, I had spent lot of money to advocate for bail. In Chandigarh high court call me 5jan2016. What should I do.plz suggest because I love my child so much and I can't spolie his life..... Plz help me......
