Reliving letter and Experience letter

Dear Sir, I worked at a private organization from September 27, 2018, to September 22, 2024. Due to personal reasons, I resigned and requested early leave from the company to my production manager, HOD, and HR. I offered to pay for my notice period. However, HR and my HOD did not accept my offer; therefore, I left the company after a ten-day notice period. During my leave, I did not submit my company card and did not finish the entire relieving process due to a system issue on December 12, 2024, preventing me from completing the process. After coordinating with HR, I completed the relieving process, and my final settlement was generated on October 19, 2024. I now require a relieving letter and an experience letter. I have call recordings of conversations with HR and the production manager. May I approach legal action for the experience letter and relieving letter? What is the possibility of obtaining these documents? Similarly, you may resign from the Company's employment without cause by giving three months' notice in writing or by payment of three months' Basic Salary on a pro rata basis, in lieu thereof. In the event of your resignation, the Company may in its sole discretion opt to accept the same and relieve you prior to the completion of the stipulated notice period of 3 months, without any pay in lieu of the notice period.
