If landlord taken mortgage loan from bank for one property and showing that property to multiple peoples asking advances and taking local loan against that property (Not comes under encumbrance certificate) in this scenario what will happens??? and that possession holds with 3 shops longtime staying around 20 years holding by 3 shops. Landlord not paying the mortgage loan properly, bank officials pasting the notices to 3 shops as per SARFAESI act to seal the property and here 1 shop register their 2 years lumpsum lease agreement (not as TENANT) (registered as LESSEE) without any rentals with Sub Registrar but not showing in Encumbrance certificate because of Landlord threatening that LESSEE should disclose that time on 2022. then after landlord created a fake rental agreement show it as tenant on 2023 to take mortgage loan and show it as rental income (before that, this shop also longtime staying 20 years as TENANT) and Now Landlord is absconding. How to proceed this case ??? and How, where TENANTs and LESSEE Get compensations?? if bank officials come with court order what have to do??
