Mother not paying emi on dad's home loan

My dad became mentally unstable after his brain surgery in 2023. He has a home which gives rental income. He was paying emi from rental income for several years before his sudden brain damage. Now he is not handling his own finances because he has reduced mental clarity and memory. This has created lots of problems in family. Now my mom is getting all the rental income in her account and she's not willing to pay dad's loan emi. Bank said after missing 3 emis they will tag the property as npa and proceed for possession/auction. This is hurting all of us. My mom is arrogant about this. Also she's taking all the rental income and not giving proper accounts to anyone. She wants to sell the house, but I am afraid she might not give me anything, though I am a legal heir, but dad is alive but mentally unstable. She is taking advantage of the situation and hurting us all. She\s not living with dad or even taking care of him. But she is acting like the property owner. She is saying that my sister and brother took loans for dad's surgery and treatment and so money is going as interest for those loans to brother and sister and she herself is taking money for her own expenses. No transparency or accountability.
