Car parking sold by builder before allocating to occupied owners

I purchased a flat in a gated community, location Hyderabad. Flat registered in March 24, handover in Jul 24. Builder mentioned in Agreement 2022, approximately120 sft covered parking in stilt or cellar. Coming to register sale deed they mentioned one covered parking. Now Jan 2025, builder selling the stilt parking areas that to bigger in size by taking extra money from flat buyers who required 2nd and 3rd parking. Who are not purchased earlier while entering into agreement or sale deed. After selling majority parking areas I stilt he is allocating small parking areas 8 feet width and 12 feet length to occupied owners. That also 20% parking slots he is not allocating which are not sold , he will sell in future to flat owners. Can we file legal case in builder, Before allocating to registered owners he is selling the parking slots in stilt Not allocating area as per parking standard of 140 sft. Keeping some parking slot with out putting in Lucky draw of allotment. Please advise
