Passport renewal: Adverse police report

I am a single 50 year old single female,who applied for renewal of my passport which was due to expire in a few months. All procees was smooth even police varification. All relevant documents were shown at time of varification: Aadhar card,Pan card, registry of house ( for address varification) , Voter ID card,Old cancelled passport.Two withnees were also present with their own specific Aadhar card . Now I have got letter from RPO that my police varification is adverse on account that I have suppressed some information. I don't even know to what they are referring to. How should I proceed. It is very difficult for me to go physically because of my job and some other personal problems. I never had any problems in earlier renewal (10 years ago) and even issue of New passport (20 years ago) . All of my documents are in order. I have lived at the address specicified for more than 4 years. My Father who lives with me is a retired Bank officer. I even had an Australian PR visa earlier. My all specifics are true.
