Landlord forcing to vacate immediately, no formal lease contract

We are students staying in an apartment since 14 months paying monthly rent on time. Landlord is staying in different place and had agreed to prepare lease contract when he comes here next time. However it was not done till now. Since we knew the landlord family and they themselves had told us that we can stay there till end of our course (min 3 years) , so we were okay with the verbal agreements and didn't insist much or pushed them for lease contract and also the flat was good, safe/secure for us ladies to stay near university. We only insisted on giving deposit only when the lease contract is prepared. Now all of sudden they want the flat back saying their daughter is moving here for work by end of month. When we asked for atleast 2 months time to find alternate flat and Shift, they started insisting that we accommodate their family members (women, child and maid) in the our rented flat until we shift or else to move out before end of month. We didn't agree to accommodate landlord family to stay with us as it is not practical and affects our stay and studies, so we clearly asked for 2 months time to vacate. Please advise what rights and legal options that we have as tenants in this case. How can we get the 2 months notuce time. What to do if landlord tries to force us out physically or move into the apartment without our consent.
