Defiant and harassment from my brother's wife

Im married and still a single mother who lives alone with her 2 very little babies. My in laws and husband used to torture and abuse and beat me as my husband was an alcoholic and I'm a disabled girl who cannot walk without a walker. And that's why my in laws never accepted me as I'm a disabled woman but my husband married me and then they all started to force me and took all my money, savings and salary earned by me. After 2 years of my marriage, my brother got married and his wife (my bhabhi) pretended to be very nice and friendly at first for few months however, after sometime she started harassing and defaming me by putting allegations on me that I'm creating problems in their lives as my parents only used to help me with some household or travelling as I cannot walk and my husband doesn't live with me so I was helpless. My bhabhi started torturing my parents for helping me and taking care of me and my babies. Also, she called up my husband and told him so so bad about me, falsely stating that I live with multiple men behind my husband. And I'm a characterless woman who spoilt my own bhabhi's married life by asking for some help from my own parents. I never even asked for help from my brother or my bhabhi. Still she doesn't want my own parents also to help me with my babies. My parents are bound and scared to come to me to help me because they don't want my brother's life to be impacted due to this. Now I don't know what to do.
