Property dispute

I'm a tailor and I have 3 daughters.I have 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Me and my elder brother together bought a shop. Due to some accident my elder brother was in wheel chair for morethan 15 yrs and I was the one who used to work in the shop.My brother used to spend most of the income from the shop to build his own house saying that after me it is for you and your daughters only.But now suddenly due to a fight he asked me to go out of the shop and since 2 year I'm in a rented shop to run my family.And The house that I'm living is in my mother's name and she has passed away.My another brother also lives in 1st floor. Now suddenly my sister's have filed a case to split the house and provide money to them. But now I'm in that situation where I'm totally locked and stressed. I have nothing with me. If I have to sell this house to settle my sisters I will not able balance this because as a tailor the money I earn will go to the rent for shop,rent for home and also the electricity for the machines and wages for my workers. Then how can I save money to spend on my daughter's marriage. I'm totally stressed as this situation is holding my neck. Now if I go and ask my brother atleast to give the shop in which I have worked for more than 40 years and after he being in wheel chair I'm the one who has been running it. But he says he can't give. What can I do please give a solution.
