Can a bank evacuate tenant

Respected dignatories good afternoon i am residing in ambernath mumbai agreed to reside in property wherein I have acquired one flat at a heavy deposit of Rs.5 Lakhs in the month of April 2021 for the agreement which was duly registered for a tenancy period of 22 months and for renewal of agreement i called the landlord many times but everytime he took excuses on the same, now it has come to notice that my landlord has not paid last four EMI's and Bank is approaching us for vacating the house .They have sticked one notice under sec13(2) of SARFEASI ACT wherein they have asked landlord to pay the whole amount within two months and one notice is also received in the name of landlord sended by advocate regarding under sec 138 of Negotiable Instruments act on account of cheque bounce favouring the bank. Yesterday one banker has visited my home wherein he requested to vacate the house by next month as my landlord is ready to surrender. If possible kindly help by providing some guidelines on following queries. 1) Can bank ask us to vacate the home even though initially agreement is completed 2.) What should i do to stay in home for the some more period as i dont think my landlord will return money as seems to be . 3.) What should ask bank personnel as they are directly approaching us even towards my family as many times i am not at home. 4.) How much time generally it takes if landlord is ready to surrender 5.) What should i do to keep away bank personnel coming again and again approaching us +
