Multiple times for investigation

498A, 406 and 34 filed by wife in a case. It was with CAW for three months but then FIR was registered. FIR and complaint was against my parents, me and married sister and brother in law (sister and brother in lives abroad from the start) . Police called for investigation (notice u/s 35(3) of BNSS) to Parents and me. Notices were surved on whatsapp only, no call no mail. On the date of investigation, SI who called us was not there so the investigation was conducted by some other SI who messaged and called me when we were at police staio. After a month the SI again is calling for investigation with notice via whatsapp. this time it is to my parents me as well as sister and bother-in-law as well. Me and my parents are in bangalore and investigation is in delhi. 1. I know he can call for investigation multiple times but this is harassment only 2. Someone suggested to reply to them (mail) them your reply that we have already joined the investigation and nothing more to add. (please provide info on what exactly to write and what proofs to add) 3. is there a provision for people living outside india to join investigation through VC? (How can I ask for this?) 4. what is the best course of action for me (given that he might call us multiples times to delhi for more harassment)
