I have been asked to leave from a BPO (Tech Mahindra) due to unethical practices

I have joined tech Mahindra ok September 9 2023. I appeared for an interview with the help of a recruiter (Consultancy). Before appearing for an interview, I was being told that I will get 32,500 salary plus 9k performance incentives and there will be 40k floor incentives. There is no mention of the incentives in any of the offer letters of any business organizations since the incentives are paid by third party. There was no mention of floor incentives on offer letter. After joining, I came to know that there are 0 floor incentives. If I knew that there are no floor incentives, I wouldn't have joined. I even had a word with my Vice President of the process regarding the same. He clarified that there are 0 floor incentives. He advised me to leave if we want but there will be incentives rolled out in future if the process grows. I have been stucked due to fake promise. It was easy for him to say to leave the organisation. However, if I leave an organisation within initial days, it will affect my stability and my CV will become bad and that will create a negative impact when I will join another organisation. I even asked to move me to another process where there are good incentives but they denied stating that internal movement is not possible. The consultancy still agrees that they were being told that the process has 40k floor incentive and they do agree now as well. There were many along with me who were being given fake promise at the time of hiring while there were no floor incentives given. I don't know whose fault it is but it is affecting an simple employee who joined the organisation depending upon the quotation that was being given to him. I was earning much more in my previous organisation, If I knew that there are no incentives here, I would have rejected straight forward. Moving ahead, I escalated this several times but there were no actions taken and I had to compromise in just 32,500 salary. Also I was eligible for 5k incentive every month after the probation period (3 Months) ended but I have not received 15k pms incentive of last 3 months which is October, November and December. I have done Overtimes, Sack offs which is working on my week off's. They have promised to pay thrice on sack offs but they just paid around 5k which is less as per the amount of additional work hours that I have delivered. There were no break downs given regarding the overtime salary and sack offs which is quite disappointing. I thought tech M is a big organisation and they will give proper amount but that was not the case. Also it was a pilot process. We were being trained on the process where in the trainer who trained is was not aware about the process thoroughly due to which we missed alot of things which came and haunted us on the floor. Later on after 3 months I learner the process a bit and started performing, I was the topper in terms of Customer satisfaction surveys. Initially they appreciated mt stats but after a month or 2 they asked me to l
