Obc ncl certificate for a married woman migrated out due to spouse job
I am a married woman from Tamilnadu residing in Maharashtra for the past nine years due to husband's job. Both I and my husband are natives of Tamilnadu, born and brought up in Tamilnadu, spent most part of our life in Tamilnadu only. We are residing in Maharashtra for the past nine years only due to his employment and do not have any legal documents with Maharashtra address. Both of our parents continue to reside in Tamilnadu only. We have all our documents like ration card, aadhaar card, pan card etc with Tamilnadu address only and never changed it to Maharashtra address since we were never stationed in the same town for more than two years as he is in a transferable job. We consider ourselves as Tamilnadu residents only and so maintain all the documents with Tamilnadu address only. In such case, considering migration due to employment reasons only, where should I apply for getting an obc ncl certificate for myself provided both me and my husband are from Tamilnadu only. Can they deny me issue of obc ncl certificate from Tamilnadu just because I am residing out of the state due to employment reasons despite both my parents and inlaws being permanent residents in Tamilnadu. As far as obc certificate is considered, for a married woman what constitutes the term family - her parental home or her spouse and child. If family income means income of her parents, then how can the term her family is ordinarily resident in the state be interpreted. Does it mean her parents residence or place of her temporary residence with spouse and child.
