Mutual divorce even though husband is abusive for the sake of not losing my baby

My husband has been mentally harrassing me constantly for the past 6 months ever since my son was born. He hit me and left us when baby was 14 days old. Throughout pregnancy, he faught with me and gave me silent treatmet and narcissistic behaviour. He didn’t buy a single medicine and paid for delivery and scans only. 1. He refused to return the gold we have given and claims that we pay him the amount he spent for the delivery and scans as well as other petty expenses; 2. He threatens to file section 9 against me even though I am living in my home because it had been agreed upon before marriage that since my mom is old and alone I will live here and occasionally visit their place however due to pregnancy right after marriage my in laws asked me not to travel or visit them stating they will visit us here itself. 3. I have video evidence of him confessing to have beaten me when our child was 14 days old yet I am not filing any case just because i dont want to ruin his life or future. But he threatens to file case and contested divorce if we ever claim maintenance of child 4. My son is now 7 months old even though i repeatedly asked my husband to visit he refused and when i requested he worked nearby so atleast we can meet often he refused stating his priority is his parents and he doesnt care about the child As the child is of no use to him; however when my baby was 4 months old, my husband suddenly without any information visited us for two days where he was physically abusive sexually towards me. 5. Now he has agreed for mutual consent divorce if in terms i write that i will never claim any alimony or maintenance and our lawyer mentioned the same however he is very manipulative and my lawyer never wrote that my husband will never file a case with regards to custody in the future. I want to include that in the terms and conditions for my mental peace as he had threatened to kill me and take the baby away. Please guide
