Please help me sir

Sir I'm Mohammad Javed from Visakhapatnam, Sir i have paid 150000 to Europe job consultancy in Hyderabad 10 months ago on March 2024 they said in 2 months we will be in Belarus, from March they giving me dates, after 7 months on September she said the Belarus visa was rejected, and they applying for Georgia country and again made 2 months late after i asked my money and passport to return she returned my passport through courier to my home and said my money will return in 1 month from December they again giving me date by date whenever i call madam and her husband both saying they will return my money soon just giving again dates only. Sir i have all proofs of chatting, call recording conversation, phonepe which i paid money to them. I was full of in debt with two kids sir, financiers are coming to my home and always shouting to return they money back even now i'm not able to pay they interest also. please help me im from Andhra Pradesh and they are from Telangana don't know what to do where to complaint.
