Threatening by senior official for false sexual harassment complaint

Hello ! I am working with a reputed PSU bank as an officer. About 3 years ago, as I there was no deduction in my salary due to which I would lose some benefits provided by my bank. So I raised the issue to HR dept, which was delayed and one day when the respective HR clerk visited desk beside me, I politely asked for the status and on that she shouted on me in front of about 20-25 peoples (we use to seat in a big hall). Later she assured to mail the status by EOD and so I waited, after few days I asked about the status to HR Head and shared the incident. On this the HR head visited my supervisor and informed him to advise me not to mail again otherwise the female staff will raise sexual harassment complaint. As soon as I got to know I raised the concern to the higher authorities, but as the HR head was powerful and well connected I was immediately transferred. After facing all this I started facing health issue and also met with an accident due to office stress. I raised my voice to the authorities and police instead I was proved wrong and now after 2.5 years my bank has banned me for promotion for 2 years that to when I was about to appear for promotion exam. I have asked to each and every authority to look and listen to the evidence I have but noone is listening to me and investigation is closed without considering it. I have exhausted all my attempts and scope of option within organisation and want to know what I can do to get justice.
