Amount deducted from my full and final settlement.

I was an employee for Insta kart services private limited as an Hub lead.for the last 13 yrs. In 1 biggest sale period Insta kart had rented a space in same adjoining building where I have an Hub for storing and delivering flipkart and other external clients shipments, as the space was small and cannot keep more shipments during the sale period Instakart rented a space to store sale shipments and other things as it was not possible for other things as the area was small ,Approval were given on mails by all all concerned senior manager and financed concerned team for the amount of Rs 40000/- for a month was approved and we were asked to move the things that were to be kept in the place which was hired ,And after a month all the things were returned back to original hub and as per one invoice was sent for payment and as there as an approval for the amount decided was paid to the person who'd had dealt wth Instakart. by GPay with the approved mail .and as per process the mode of pay ment was decided as per consulting the finance team .And as per process and approval was updated in finance portal IFMS with proper attachedments was approved first .but was rejected later saying that this payment is not allowed as per SOP. Company asked me to resign and during F & F settlement. This Amount was deducted.Space used by Instakart services private limited but why amount of Rs 40000 was deducted. Please help.
