Incorrect boundary with in same subdivision
Hello sir/Madam
A great full greetings
Can you please help me by providing legal solution as my situation is this:
My father brought a land in which survey number is 39 and subdivision is 1 and the area is 66 cent he brought it in two phases in 1999 he bought 19.75 cents with boundary details as mentioned below:
North -the rest of the land of the seller
South- 39/4
West- 37/2
East -39/2
And this is accurate boundary.
And he brought the rest of the 66 cent that is 46.25 cent of the same subdivision with boundary details as mentioned below:
North- 39/1
South-39/4
East -39/3
West -37/3
And as per this boundary the 46.25 cents location again falls under the same on location of above mentioned 19.75 cents and the actual boundary is as follows according to my knowledge:
West -37/2
East-39/2
North -31 survey number government agri drain
South- the already purchased land in 39/1
Note: the subdivision is not further subdivided, it doesn't overlapping other land and the lands surrounded this land is also owned by my father
Will I face any complications and am I likely in danger in losing of land as per Indian law
And all revenue records are proper and patta has my father name the only thing is the last purchased land is overlapping the previous purchases land of same subdivision which is not subdivided as per the boundary details in 2005 sale deed but as per both deed 19.75+46.25=66 cent which is the area in 39/1 the sale is executed. Fmb also proper
What complications will I face or will I lose land.
