Help! What can I do?

Hi , I am an NRI and work in the gulf. Not a very high paying job with very less leaves. I was married in 2015 and were living with my Parents. In 2017 we had a daughter in Dubai. During her pregnancy I arranged for her mother to stay with us and took care of all her travel, visa and expenses. After the birth of the child as per usual customs we decided that she will go to her mothers home with her mother for few months. They left without any issues. But, once she reached India she stopped attending my calls. Then started demanding that I rent a different house in gulf and that we stay away from my parents. Frankly I couldn't afford it alone and was managing cos my dad was also working in Dubai. There was no further news from them and then they filled DV in 2018. My daughter who was with them then fell sick we even approached the court to allow us to take care of the child's treatment but they didnt agree to co-operate. The child passed away after few months. In 2022 they filed for divorce. I lost my job in Gulf and was trying to find jobs on Visit visa. I couldnt appear the case hearing as I couldnt afford to travel and also had no job most of the time When I got into a new Job, I wouldnt get leave. in 2023 they filed PC under section 200. Now in December last year, the MC Divorce case has been disposed with judgement with an amount I cant afford to pay as uncontested. There is a NBW in one of the above cases on my name that are pending. I am unsure what I can do at this moment. I cant go to India currently as I wont get leave as I just got into a new job after being unemployed for almost 1 year and I am in probational period for next 5 months. Below are my queries : 1) Can I appeal the dispose divorce case in High Court? Is there any hope? 2) Is there any way in which the Hearing can happen without I being physically present? 3) If I need to go to a new advocate are there any complication or procedures that are to be completed? My Current advocate says that I will have to pay all the pending maintenance amount if I have to change to a different advocate. is this true?
