Company not providing relieving letter

I worked in a company where they sign the bond of two years, if I quit before the completion I need to pay 1 lakh. As per the bond there is point which I have mentioned below, During the training and probation period , either party shall have the right to terminate employment, subject to one month's notice in writing to the party, or payment of amount equivalent to one month's salary in lieu thereof. I was working in this company as a GET by aug 16th 2024, first six months is served as training period, during that time around my fourth month I got some personal issues and new offer , I have asked for resignation to the official , but they asked me to pay the whole amount (1 lakh) but as I am doing my training according to the above mentioned point in the bond , I can leave my organisation during my training period , but they did not allow me to do so. Instead they gave me medical leave for three months and they have taken my december month salary too . I have constantly asking them for complete relief but they resist it. I am in my hometown no one is responding to my call and no reply to my mail. I don't know what to do. Myself 22 years old my first job which I got through college placement gives me a worst experience.
