Departmental Enquiry and Suspension

My department issued me a chargesheet initially and then suspension. The reason of suspension was "Pending Enquiry". In the chargesheet, a). it was mentioned that the Manager had received a complaint from the workers against me that I had hampered Plant Production on few occasions. b). In another charge, it was mentioned that I had not completed the task despite a mail from the Manager. c). In another charge, it was mentioned that I failed to deliver a report in regard to a meeting conducted. In the subsequent enquires conducted it was proved by me that Point a) was a false complaint and I could proved it in all possible ways/aspects and management could not produce any proof (later on I got to know that the workers had forcefully made the complaint under the coercion of Manager. The Point b was false again as the said work was already done by me and I submit the proof. The Point C was invalid as on the dates mentioned, there was not meeting conducted. Moreover, I have highlighted more than 20 lies/false statements (most of them are the statements related to facts), the management witnesses have made during the course of enquiry. My question is I was harassed and I have all the proofs. What should I do now ? I am still in suspension for the last 9 months and expecting it to get over by 1-2 months max. I want to see them suffer now in the worst possible way under the laws.
