Need help on Bare Injunction Suit

I bought a vacant plot from my vendor in 2019. Vendor in turn purchased it in 1997. Both included, we have been in peaceful possession 27 years. In June 2024, after obtaining required approvals from authorities, i start construction. In dec 2024, two people enter my property and threaten to stop my construction stating they have some court which was not shared with me, either by them nor by police who visited spot. In Jan 2025, i filed a bare injunction suit against them and obtained a TI. I now have the defendants WS and Objections. We learnt that the larger piece of land in which my schedule falls is part of a partition suit filed by the defendants in 2006. They have made my vendor's vendor i.e. the person who sold to my vendor in 1997 as a party in that suit. We are now aware that they have filed IA under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 for the larger schedule in which my site has been carved out of and obtained a status quo order in dec 2024. I was never a party to this suit. Neither was my vendor. What should i do now ? I am in the midst of construction and have already invested lot of money. 50% of construction is complete. Kindly advice.
