Less compeny for land acquisition

Sir, my name is Deepjyoti Joshi, and I am seeking legal advice regarding the compensation awarded for my land, in Dehradun which has been acquired for the construction of National Highway No. 72. The compensation offered is ₹1,200 per square meter, calculated based on agricultural land rates. However, my land is registered and utilized as residential property. This rate does not reflect the current market value or the residential classification of the land. As per Section 26(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013, the compensation should be based on the highest value among the market value, average sale price of similar lands, or consented compensation rates. My land was purchased in 2014 at ₹1,200 per square meter, the circle rate at the time and same is mentioned in my registration. Also the current market rate for residential land in the area is ₹12,000–₹14,000 per square meter. Despite this, the compensation has been calculated based on outdated agricultural rates. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed to ensure a fair re-evaluation of the compensation. Your advice on the best course of action would be greatly appreciated.
