Caste Certificate

Myself resident of vellore, moved to Kakinada around 2008 after getting married. My mother stayed in vellore and i always on work at various parts of the country. Between 2006 and 2007 i was in tamilnadu on work. Now my eldest daughter was born in Chennai but brought up in Kakinada and younger one is born and brought up in Kakinada. i need a caste certificate in Andhra Pradesh whereas they are not providing here saying that your caste in not in our list and it was for certain districts in Andhra pradesh. i belong to agamudaya mudaliar community. below is the details which are there in GO of Andhra Pradesh. Can someone help me. Government authorities say if we get a migration certificate based on that they shall give the certificate. Below is the content on GO from Andhrapradesh and corresponding details Aghamudian, Aghamudiar, Agamudivellalar and Agamudimudaliar including Thuluva Vellalas of Chittoor, Nellore, Kurnool, Anantapur, Hyderabad and Rangareddy Districts only.
