My brother’s family is staying in my house from last 21 years as most of the time my family stayed outside of India. During those times he was struggling with financial issues and I trusted him and asked him to live in that house as a support. ( I bought the land, took home loan to build the house and paid the entire amount and made it loan free ). He has not even paid a single penny to me for staying in that house. He always portrayed himself like a poor fellow and struggling with money, so I never bothered him. But later I realized he was lying. Now when I am in need, he is not ready to leave that property and claiming share from my property. He also got tenant and have done the rental agreement for other half of the house as an owner. Since I am out of country, he is taking advantage and sitting tight. I gave him different options but it seems he is ready for a legal fight. I read about sending eviction notice , but when I am outside India, how to proceed with this situation? Please advise. And would like to know what other complications he may have planned ?
