How can eviction order against a brother be stopped from execution? How long does the execution takes?

In a 25 year old disputed property case between 2 real brothers, the latest order from sessions court has ordered against the younger brother (70 year old) asking to vacate the house in 30 days. This was a house built from a joint business of both brothers but the registration of property was done in name of elder brother. There are evidence of joint business income and house construction bills with younger brother. After 15 years, the elder brother filed a false lawsuit to declare himself as sole owner and brother as a mere tenant. In the lower court the 88 year old father of both had given statement in favor of younger brother and the lower court has ruled in favor of younger brother and dismissed the case. However , in an ugly turn of events , the sessions court passed the order against the younger brother giving 30 days to evict the property. The elder brother and his family have also a history of harassment by physical and verbal fights and also intimidating the senior couple multiple times and police has been called to intermediate on many occasions due to this. The senior couple now has applied second appeal in high court which is still to be heard in January but the 1 month time from sessions court will end before the hearing in high court. 1. Is there a threat of forceful eviction ? 2. Also if the second appeal is not heard before the 1 month time , can police be involved in eviction ? 3. Or the plaintiff will have to file a separate execution order in lower court ? If yes , how long does it take for the court to pass the execution order and is there a notice sent to the defendent to inform ? 4. Can the HC second appeal be shown to stop the execution if hearing is on a later date ? Please suggest the course of action to help the senior couple .
