Loan settlement

My had borrowed Rs 2700000/- for home loan on basis of hotel business where I was made co applicant by bank in 2016. She was forced to take a loan protection term policy (worth Rs 100000/- one time premium)for which form was in English but my mother is just 7th fail from Marathi language. While taking policy the bank persons said it is mandatory as per RBI will cover your entire loan amount on death of insured person and also cover uneven circumstances like heart diseases, heart attack, Cancer and road accident with major disabilities. We did not receive the policy papers since then. We kept on asking for the same but bank persons kept on wasting time. We had paid all EMI's till July 2021 which is 1575000/- till now. Further as we My mother, me sister where infected by Covid 19 we opted for 2 years Morotorium period. But unfortunately our business collapsed due to uncertainty of government's lockdown that where extended periodically for period of 2 years with out any Exact time of lockdown. Now, My mother mate with a road accident and eventually while taking her treatment got major heart diseases for which she has gone through heart surgery at government hospital. Before I could inform the lenders about the current situation bank persons have pasted a notice of recovery on my property's door. When we asked about policy on telephonic conversation they denied the payment saying only death claim was covered. Then we asked for policy papers with e-mail. They gave us the papers which mentioned death claim but no other claims. Futher I requested them for OTS as I can raise funds maximum upto Rs. 1600000/- (where we have already paid 1575000/- +) now due my mother's detoriating health and economic conditions we are unable to pay the amount and regular emi's as I myself have being jobless since 2022. (I am giving interviews and compitative govt tests for which I have hall tickets and results if required to prove my statements.) But bank manager have being bulling us saying he will cease the only I have and sale out and not answering the email request for OTS.(till now already 4 emails I have sent) Please guide what should I do next.
