How can I get back half of wedding expenses incurred by my family in divorce?

It’s been 1 year of my marriage. After marriage, I came to know that my husband is MENTALLY impotent i.e. due to some psychological issues, he is unable to maintain erection. He can perform after eating viagra. Also, his family demanded car and jewellery in marriage. So we gifted a car to the groom in his name. I was not working for the first 7-8 months of the marriage and my husband had refused to give me any expenses for personal use-he told me to ask him for money if I needed to buy something. Also, his family is very orthodox and they cause me too much mental agony when they stayed with us. My husband and his mother together used to shout at me to do the house chores. This all behaviour is causing me mental distress and agony. I suggested doctor for his impotence and marriage counselling but he refuses to go to doctor and refuses the counselling. He consulted online doctor for the impotence and they prescribed him viagra. Without viagra, he is not able to perform sexually. I want to divorce or separate and I just want to get back the expenses incurred by my family in the wedding. Is there any way I can file a case of dowry or impotence after 1 year of marriage? What will be the best solution for me?
