Harassment by wife ( Mentally & adultary)

After 8 yrs of relationship i got married with my wife (inter cast I'm GEN & she is SC) on nov 2020 . Before marriage she was very dedicated to me. 2012 i came to know about her Ex at that time she told me that she is not in touch with him since he got married in 2006, so she is not in touch with her In 2016 she went to BHU for PHD,& after that i didn't get any info that both are in touch nor i get any call from her Ex. meanwhile bonding between me & my wife got very strong( I was in assumption). I was in impression she is the best lady for me to handle me & my family (I'm the only earning member persion of my fmly & i hv responsibility of my 2 younger sister's marriage.) After marriage she totally got changed. her behavior for my family is very rude, she don't like to talk/mix up with them. after 2 year of marriage in june 2022 she filed a complain with false allegations against me & my family members for dowry, domestic violence and SC/ST act. some how i managed that. Even the IO officer who came to me for investigation said that they know its a false case they are dealing similar kind of cases on daily bases. last year she got pregnant & after after 6th month i came to knw the bitter truth. She was playing with me & my emotions from last 12 years, she was sleeping with her EX before marriage when she started Phd and it continues for years, (I hv hotel bills & photos which i got from her Gmail as a proof) she was engaged with me also during that time. When i asked her why you did so,she replied your are my true love she was just a time pass, she is now calming that whatever she did was before marriage and she did nothing wrong after marriage, although she was in touch with her ex through chat msg & calls she accepted it. I'm totally depressed with this I trust her blindly I fought for her against my family & society but she cheated me even she continued it after marriage. now I have 5 month baby girl & she is at her father's home from last 30 days. two days back when i asked her when you come back she replied she need at least january to settle down. ( I have provided all the facilities to her she don't need to work even a single task) whenever I hv to talk to my baby on whatsap video call, i need to request her, some time she will do & some times she will not. If my family will call her just to saw the face of my baby but she will not pick the call. I'm ready to live with her even after knowing every thing but she is not improving her attitude. Please advise what to do. Do I need to take any legal action against her and her family if yes then what it would be? Or is there any other way to handle this situation.. I'm very depressed, sometimes though come in my mind that she ruined my life, I'm left with nothing & should do commit suicide. but I'm not a week person I hv responsibility of my parents, my younger sisters & now my my little daughter.. Please help me !!
