Need Advice on Marital Issues and Divorce

Hi, I am looking for some advice about my marital problems. My husband and I got married about six months ago, but I have been living with my parents for the last five months. We had some personal differences, and things just didn’t work out between us. My husband is a good person, and his family has never mistreated me or asked for dowry. They are decent people and have always been respectful towards me. The problem is more about compatibility. My parents spent a lot on the wedding, and they are now insisting that I file cases to make sure I get financial support. My parents have been suggesting I file a Section 498A case and DV case. They think this will create pressure on my husband and his family so they agree to pay maintenance or a bigger settlement. I don’t see any future in this marriage. But at the same time, I need to secure my financial future. What is the best way to proceed with divorce without creating unnecessary conflict but still ensuring my financial stability?
