My wife has filed a fake case of abortion on me

My wife has filed case of 498A, dowry, DV etc. We were expecting these cases as we had an unhappy marriage where she has caused me a lot mental torture. I have asked her amicably for divorce settlement but she and her family don’t agree. But what has surprised me is that she has filed a totally fake case of forced abortion as well (313). The truth is that during our marriage, she has NEVER even gotten pregnant. So, I dont know what she is thinking filing such false report. Her father used to work in hospital before retiring .. so may be they might be planning to produce some fake medical pregnancy reports. Is that even possible? How do I defend myself in such fake case of abortion? Please advise. I have been collating evidence to prove that 498A dowry and DV is false but how do I handle this abortion accusation? How do I prove that she never got pregnant? Does any medical test exist to check if a woman ever has gotten pregnant before? If yes, then is there a way to ask court to get the woman medically examined? Is it possible that they can bribe the medical examiner?
